What's in a name?
Little Hyden Woods or Bluebell Wood are the local name for Blagden and Lowtons Copses. The woodland covers some 56 acres (22ha) and is privately owned although there is public access over most of the woodland. Please read our Access page to find out more.
The Wood is a very important part of the local area both for its beauty
in the spring and the sheer number of species the woodland holds.
